1329 Fay Place (1999)

The acquisition of a 1925 Spanish Colonial Revival bungalow built by local developers Fay & Fay was HHPs first project. It was one of twelve intact bungalows located on Fay Place, which has placed on the National Register of Historic Places. The rehabilitation work began in early 1999 and the property was sold in September 1999 to an enthusiastic low-income senior citizen.
