The Cypress project began as a vacant piece of land.  HHP built two new single family detached homes on the lot, and similar to the Carlton Avenue project, created two new land parcels.  Construction began in February 2006 and the Certificates of Occupancy were received in November 2006.  The homes were sold to first time, moderate income home buyers in February 2007.
